The Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) has a limit on how much E-Liquid a disposable vape can hold: 2ml. IVG, one of the UK’s most popular E-Liquid brands, found a nifty workaround and debuted the UK’s first big-puff disposable: the IVG 2400 disposable vape.
The IVG 2400 has a 1500mAh pre-charged battery and comes with four 2ml pods of 20mg (2%) nic salt E-Liquid. To use the device, simply insert all 4 pods into the chamber, close it up, and vape. No need to manually swap pods when one is empty—just rotate the chamber and the mouthpiece to move onto the next pod!
At just £12.99 each, or Mix & Match 2 for £25, the IVG 2400 is cheaper than buying four premium disposable vapes. Plus, it’s better for the planet, since it creates less plastic and battery waste than using four individual disposables.
The IVG 2400 is available in 26 unique flavours, plus four special edition versions which each come with a unique sampler of 4 different flavoured pods. I had the opportunity to test out these bad boys, and I wasn’t disappointed.

I had a lot of trouble nailing down the best flavours since they’re all so stellar, but I’ve compiled this list based on my personal opinions as well as opinions from our customers.
1. Multi Flavour Blue Edition by IVG 2400

The Multi Flavour Blue Edition offers four different pod flavours: Blue Raspberry Ice, Blue Fusion, Ice Pop, and Professor Blue.
These flavours offer a nice variety of sweet, somewhat tart berry flavours each with their own unique twist.
The variety is excellent, and swapping between the flavours is as easy as a simple twist of the vape.
If you’re looking to try a sampler pack from the range or you don’t want to commit to just one flavour, I highly recommend trying one of the Multi Flavour versions!
2. Lemon and Lime by IVG 2400

IVG 2400 Review
I will definitely be buying more of the IVG 2400 disposables, so long as the upcoming disposable vape ban doesn’t stop me. I really loved the flavour, and it definitely rivals other popular disposable vape brands like the Elf Bar or Crystal Bar as far as intensity is concerned.
The incredible flavour is in part due to the integrated mesh coils in every pod, which have a greater surface area for heating the liquid than standard wire coils do—meaning that they can offer more flavour and vapour per puff. This of course isn’t to discount the amazing flavours that IVG has concocted—they’re UK vape industry giants for a reason!
I was a bit reluctant to use it in public since it’s so massive. I look like I’m vaping a small can of Red Bull. Still, I wish I didn’t feel that shame, since it’s a really handy vape to take with you on the go. With such a big battery and E-Liquid capacity, you can enjoy your commute or night out without worrying if it’s going to run out.
The draw is really lovely, too—it’s just slightly looser than the Elf Bar and Lost Mary vapes without diminishing the flavour.
The IVG 2400 looks metallic, though it’s actually made of plastic. I think if IVG wanted to go a little further to make the vape even more sustainable, they could use an aluminium alloy of some sort for the shell instead, like the Elf Bar 600 V2 has done. This would make the vape more recyclable, and less plastics are always a good thing.
My main con is that the disposable ran out of battery before the last pod was finished. It’s a really tough line to tread for the manufacturer: you want just enough battery to last as long as the E-Liquid, but not too much battery life that you leave users with that horrible burnt taste from vaping empty pods. Too little battery life and you get the current issue of not being able to finish the pods. And of course, you have to factor in that all users vape differently, with different puff lengths depleting the battery at different speeds. It’s quite a maze.
So while the battery died a little too soon for me, this may not be the case for everyone. The general consensus among vapers who’ve tried the device is that it tends to run out of battery too early, but not always.
I’ve heard some people saying that the battery runs out two pods in, while others say that they simply couldn’t finish the last pod. This will all depend on the length of your puffs. Longer puffs will deplete the battery quicker.
Overall, I really, really enjoyed the IVG 2400. I loved the flavours, the draw, the feel—I genuinely don’t have many negatives for this device aside from the battery life. There’s a huge range of flavours available, and for those who want to try several in one device, the multi flavour versions offer a variety pack of four different flavours to try.
My favourite was the Multi Flavour Blue Edition. I felt like I was vaping one of those multi-colour pens from school. Feel like trying a different flavour? It’s as simple as twisting the vape.
I hope to see more available nicotine strengths in the future, since 20mg is a bit much for me; I usually vape 10mg. I know plenty of vapers will be waiting for a lower-strength alternative.
How to Use the IVG 2400 Disposable Vape
The IVG 2400 seems a little more complicated than your average disposable vape at first, but once you’ve installed the pods, it’s smooth sailing.
For what it’s worth, there are very clear instructions printed both on the box and on the device itself, and there’s even a QR code on the device which brings you to a video with the instructions online.
The steps for operating the vape are easy.
Step 1: Remove the Packaging
First, remove all of the packaging, including the sticker on the bottom and the rubber plug in the mouthpiece. Remove the pods from their blister packaging.
Step 2: Pop in Your Pods
Next, open up the top of the device and load all of your pods inside, ensuring the ends with the connectors are facing down. Replace the mouthpiece.
Step 3: Rotate to Swap Pods
To swap between pods, lift and rotate the top part of the device until it aligns with the next number, then twist the mouthpiece so the arrow aligns with the number on the base.
Is the IVG 2400 Legal in the UK?
Yes! The IVG 2400 is the UK’s first TPD-compliant (read: legal) 2400-puff disposable vape. It gets around the 2ml TPD limit by utilising pods which are packaged separately.
It’s a very interesting and novel workaround for the current legislation, and like all legal UK disposable vapes, it’s been tested and approved for sale by all of the relevant government bodies.
Conclusion
I really loved using the IVG 2400 disposable vape. It’s a nifty little workaround for the TPD 2ml limit on disposables, and beyond that, it’s just a really solid disposable vape. The flavours, the draw—I genuinely couldn’t ask for more, except perhaps in the battery life department.
If you’re a disposable vaper or a current smoker, you should definitely check out the IVG 2400 disposable. The nic salts provide an ultra-smooth throat hit, plus a quicker nicotine delivery compared to your standard freebase E-Liquids. It’s easy to use, incredibly tasty, and despite its size, it’s unobtrusive to vape.
