Battery safety Read this first

Batteries used in electronic cigarettes can be dangerous if used improperly. All Vape Green Ltd batteries have been tested thoroughly and all vape devices sold by us have built-in protections, but it is important to ensure that you are using your batteries safely.

  • Never leave charging batteries unattended.
  • Never expose batteries to water or to low or high temperatures.
  • Only use the supplied charger that came with your battery. Different batteries use different chargers.
  • Always use the On/Off feature when your electronic cigarette is not in use.
  • Always make sure you safely dispose of batteries once they have reached their end of life.
  • Most importantly use common sense when operating electronic cigarette batteries and you will not have any problems. If you need more help feel free to get in touch.

Warranty

  • E-Cig and Vape Battery Warranty:

We provide a 60 day warranty on batteries from the date of ordering. However, problems with vape kits can often be resolved via email and/or phone as it is most often not a battery fault.

  • Accidental Damage Battery Warranty Exclusion:

Your warranty will not cover you for any accidental damage. This includes any damage to the battery in general from it being dropped or knocked against anything. Also, general wear and tear is not covered, so if you keep the battery or kit in your pocket or bag with keys or change, you may want to consider getting a case or cover for extra protection.

If you believe your battery is faulty (and your product falls within the 60 day warranty period) please email us at [email protected] and include your order number and we can often diagnose and/or fix a problem remotely before having to return the product for an exchange.

If a fault turns out to be an unfixable manufacturing fault with the battery, we will exchange the unit for you free of change, please note that we will require you to return the faulty one first. The warranty is voided if the unit has become damaged due to accidental damage as detailed above and if the unit has been tampered with in any way. If a fault cannot be found or your battery is returned outside of its warranty period, an administration and delivery fee may apply when sending it back to you.

  • Batteries Warranty:

Batteries sold separately such as 18650 batteries are covered under a 60 day warranty for the day of purchase.

  • Kits and devices with built-in batteries Warranty:

Batteries that come built in on devices such as starter kits, pod devices or Mods are covered under a 60 day warranty from the day of purchase. These devices are by nature considered semi-disposable which means that they will run down and become less effective over time. This is considered natural wear and tear, and how quickly this occurs depends on how often the battery is used, charged and stored, as well as the type of battery inside the device. As a general guidance an average built in battery inside a vape device should last roughly 2-6 months if used daily.

Devices considered to have a battery faulty may be returned within 60 days. Where the faulty battery has come as part of a kit or a pack the other items that were included should be retained. Accidental damage or damage caused by general wear and tear are not covered. Your warranty is also void if the unit has been tampered with in any way. 

Any other faults that turns out to be an unfixable manufacturing faults, we will exchange the unit for you free of change, please note that we will require you to return the faulty one first. The warranty is voided if the unit has become damaged due to accidental damage or if the unit has been tampered with in any way. If a reported fault cannot be found or if your return is done outside of its warranty period, an administration and delivery fee may apply when sending it back to you.

Make sure to always use a high quality charger when charging your device as low quality "cheap" chargers could damage both the device and the battery inside the device.

  • Mods with external batteries Warranty:

Box mods that uses external batteries are covered under a 6 month warranty from date of purchase. Any fault that turns out to be an unfixable manufacturing fault, we will exchange the unit for you free of change, please note that we will require you to return the faulty one first. The warranty is voided if the unit has become damaged due to accidental damage or if the unit has been tampered with in any way. If a reported fault cannot be found or if your return is done outside of its warranty period, an administration and delivery fee may apply when sending it back to you.

  • E-liquids Warranty:

As taste is subjective you may or may not feel that it tastes like the exact flavour description, however we do not provide a flavour warranty on these items. We cannot accept any returns on e-Liquids, as we cannot ascertain if they have been tampered with or how they have been stored once they leave our warehouse. Always buy smaller quantities if it is your first time trying a new flavour or brand.  

Any faulty e-liquid bottles or low amount of e-liquid MUST be photographed clearly and sent to us within 24h of receiving your order. If the bottle looks light on e-liquid the seal must be intact on your photo or else we will not be able to help.

  • Drip Tips Warranty:

Due to health and safety and for hygienic reasons Warranty does not extend to this item as well as hygiene, we cannot offer returns on any Drip tips. This is unless that the item received is different from the item that you ordered.

  • Tanks, Pods and Coils also known as Atomisers and Clearomizers Warranty:

These products are considered consumable and are covered by a DOA (Dead on arrival) warranty. You must contact us to report any issues within 48 hours after receiving your order for the warranty to be valid. Contacting us after this time period and we will not be able to offer a refund or a return. This also applies to multi packs and multi buys.

  • Disposable Vapes, Puff Bars and Pre-filled disposable pods Warranty:

These products are considered consumable and are covered by a DOA (dead on arrival) warranty. You must contact us to report any issues within 48 hours after receiving your order for the warranty to be valid. If you contact us after this time period, we will not be able to offer a refund or a return. This also applies to multi packs and multi buys. We require all customers to submit video or photo evidence of the fault in order to issue a credit or refund.

  • General Warranty information:

All warranties are return to base warranties, meaning you will need to cover the costs of getting the item back to our office for testing. Once repaired/tested/replaced we will cover the costs to get the item back to you.

Goods replaced under warranty are only covered for the remaining term of the original warranty.

Refunds are only offered if something goes wrong within the fist 30 days, after this period a repair or replacement is the only option unless the product is no longer available. 

NOTE: Vape Green is not able to offer refunds or replacements for products that have been disposed of prior to contacting us. 

Vape Green Ltd reserves the right to make changes or amend the warranty policies at any time.
