How do loyalty points work?
When you make a purchase with your customer account, you'll receive a point for every pound you spend. So, for a £20 order, you'll get 20 points.
Each point is worth 1p off a future purchase, and you can use these points to generate money-off vouchers which can be used at checkout.
How do I spend my loyalty points?
To spend your loyalty points, head over to your account and select the "My Loyalty Rewards Account" tab.
From here, you can check your current points balance and transform your points into a money-off voucher. This voucher will automatically be applied at checkout.

Can I redeem points for orders I made using a guest account?
No. Previously, customers had the option of checking out as a guest rather than creating an account with us. We've done away with this system to ensure speedier checkouts and to make sure our customers are getting the points they deserve.
If you've shopped with us before and used the guest checkout option, you cannot retroactively redeem these points.
But fear not—now, you'll get points for every purchase you make!
Do loyalty points expire?
Yes. Your loyalty points are valid for 365 days—after which point, they expire.
