Design & Build

The Zap! Instafill is a rechargeable and auto-refillable disposable vape that comes with a 10ml bottle of 20mg (2%) strength nic salt E-Liquid.

How to Use

The device is equipped with a smart vacuum pump mechanism, so after inserting the E-Liquid bottle, tilt the device and press a button at the top. This activates the pump, which efficiently transfers the liquid into the device’s 2ml pod.

When the E-Liquid runs low, the smart vacuum pump can be used again to refill the pod. No need to fumble around with fill ports!

To start using the device, just insert the battery and the E-Liquid bottle. There are no buttons or complicated settings—simply inhale on the mouthpiece to vape.

Battery

The kit includes a 500mAh battery, which is both rechargeable and removable. This design choice not only extends the life of the device but also contributes to its eco-friendliness, since the battery can be removed and recycled when you're done using it. The device supports USB-C fast charging.

The Zap! Instafill is designed with the environment in mind. Its rechargeable and refillable nature reduces waste compared to single-use disposables. Once the E-Liquid bottle is empty, the components of the kit—the battery, bottle, and device—can be separated and recycled individually.
