Design & Build

The Vaporesso Gen Air 40 is the lightest 40W kit on the market, weighing under 70g fully assembled. The device is made of a sleek metallic material, ergonomically shaped to fit perfectly in your hand. It comes in 7 stunning finishes, including solid colours and gradients.

Battery & Interface

The high-capacity 1800mAh built-in battery should last most vapers roughly two full days before requiring a recharge via the USB Type-C Port located on the bottom of the device (a charging cable is included with the kit). 

The Gen Air 40 kit houses a fire button, which can be used to power the device on and off, plus 4 LED lights below the button. These LED lights will flash while vaping to display the device’s current battery level, and you can also use the voltage control button located below these lights to alter the power output between 4 different levels.

Plus, you don’t have to worry about setting the wattage every time you change coils: the AXON chip will do all the work for you—while still allowing you to switch between 4 different output strengths. For more information on operating the device, consult the user manual. 

Vaporesso Gen Air 40 Pod & Coils

The included Gen Air 40 pod features an easy side-fill mechanism and leak-proof technology to prevent messes. The 2ml capacity pods have a see-through design to ensure you can always see how much E-Liquid is left in the pod. It also has an adjustable toggle located on the side, which allows the user to tailor their airflow to better suit their vaping style.

The pod is durable and strong, and since it utilises replaceable coils, it should only need to be replaced if it becomes cracked or leaky or no longer holds its coil securely in place.

The Gen Air 40 is compatible with all Vaporesso GTX coils, and two come included with the kit: the 0.4Ω (ohm) mesh coil and the 0.8Ω (ohm) mesh coil. Each coil is suited to a specific vaping style and is compatible with different E-Liquids, allowing you to experiment with both vaping styles with the purchase of the kit.

The 0.4Ω (ohm) coil is designed for DTL (Direct-to-Lung) or sub-ohm vaping, while the 0.8Ω (ohm) coil is better suited to MTL (Mouth-to-Lung) vaping.

Please note: This device is NOT compatible with the 0.2Ω mesh GTX coils or the 1.2Ω mesh GTX coils.

E-Liquid Compatibility

When it comes to pairing the coils with E-Liquids, we recommend only pairing the 0.4Ω (ohm) coil with high VG (+70%) vape juices like shortfills. The 0.8Ω (ohm) coils are best suited to high PG (+50%) E-Liquids, like Nic Salts or 50/50 E-Liquids.
