Shortfills are sold at 0mg with a gap left in the bottle, so you decide whether to add nicotine. The 70% VG blend in Electric Lemonade is made for cloud production and full flavour.

Pair it with a direct-to-lung setup such as a sub-ohm tank or an advanced vape kit. Most small pod kits are not built for a liquid this thick.
