Design and Build

Vaporesso shapes the XROS 4 Mini from a single piece of aluminium alloy, which keeps it light at around 46.5g and gives it a solid, smooth feel in the hand. At 108.8mm x 24mm x 14mm it slips into a jeans pocket without fuss.

We stock it in 13 finishes: Black, Camo Red, Camo Silver, Camo Yellow, Champagne Gold, Ice Blue, Ice Green, Ice Pink, Ice Purple, Motor Race, Pink City, Space Grey and Word-Pop. Motor Race, Pink City and Word-Pop are printed artwork editions of the same device.

Battery and Interface

There are no buttons or settings. Fit a filled pod, inhale, and the XROS 4 Mini fires. A small light on the front tells you how much charge is left: green from 100% to 70%, blue from 70% to 30%, and red below 30%, which is your cue to plug the Type-C cable in.

The 1000mAh cell is generous for a device this slim, so most vapers get through a normal day between charges.

Airflow and Pods

A slider on the back opens or closes the airflow, so you can set a tight, cigarette-style draw or a looser, cooler one. The kit uses 2ml XROS pods with built-in mesh coils and COREX 2.0 heating, and the mouthpiece lifts off to reveal the fill port, so refilling takes seconds.

Because it takes every XROS pod, you can swap between resistances from 0.4Ω up to 1.2Ω to change the feel of the vape without changing device.

E-Liquid Compatibility

For the best results pair the XROS 4 Mini with 10ml nicotine salts or 50/50 freebase e-liquids. Thick high-VG juices are not a good match for small pods and can lead to leaks or a shorter pod life.
