10 Best Disposable Vape Brands in the UK

Disposable vape bars have been the industry’s biggest success story in recent years. As a result, many brands have moved into the space — some better than others. Let’s look at the 10 best disposable vape brands available in the UK.

What is a disposable vape?

A disposable vape is an e-cigarette that comes:

a) pre-filled with nicotine
b) with a fully charged battery

The first vapes that arrived on these shores in the late 2000s were disposables. However, they were cheap, flimsy, and, on reflection, tasted pretty bleak.

Over the last few years, a new generation of disposable vapes burst onto the scene. Filled with Nic Salt, they soon grew in popularity due to their excellent taste and ability to deliver maximum satisfaction.

UK vapers have a lot of choices when it comes to disposables. Established vaping hardware brands like GeekVape and Aspire have brought out devices alongside beloved e-liquid manufacturers like Nasty Juice, Pod Salt, and IVG.

But how to choose between the dizzying array of options? Let’s take a look at the best disposable vape brands in the UK today.

Best Disposable Vape for the Eco-Conscious:
Riot Squad QBAR

The Riot Squad QBAR disposable vape is the best choice for the eco-conscious vaper. The device and packaging are recyclable, it uses stevia instead of sugar as a sweetener, and Riot Squad is planting trees to offset its carbon footprint.

OK, so I like the direction that Riot Squad are going for. It’s admirable and much needed. However, does all this good work come at the cost of the product?

The device feels fairly good. Not my favourite, but certainly not the worst I’ve tried. The draw is good; no problems there. Where I think that the QBAR lags behind its competitors is in the taste department, it’s just not quite there for me yet.

Overall, I’d still highly recommend this brand because of what they are doing. A carbon-neutral vape is much needed, so I can forgive the flavour for being less than stellar. If they can work on that, I think they’ve got something exceptional here that might be worth the price premium.

Another big plus point is that they have 0mg versions of the disposable vape flavours. While it’s a niche option, it’s good to see a disposable vape brand accommodating those who are trying to wean their way off nicotine.

Finally, here’s a link to the participating vape stores where you can recycle your QBAR.

Best Disposable Vape for 0mg Nicotine: Doozy Nix

A lot of people want to vape, but not everyone wants to vape nicotine. And, for me, Doozy Nix is the best disposable vape brand for anyone who falls into this category.

The multiple award-winning UK brand has a great range of 0mg vapes. What they lack in nicotine, they certainly make up for in flavour. Doozy Nix’s e-liquids are excellent. Of course, I should note that they also offer 10mg and 20mg versions of their products, too.

The device itself is good. It’s chunky, light, and has a perfect mouthpiece. Doozy Nix offers a good range of flavours, with an emphasis on fruit-combo flavours.

Overall, Doozy Nix is a cool vape brand that stands out because of its excellent e-liquids. They offer a wide range of exciting Nic Salt flavours in shortfill or 10ml bottles.

So, try them out. You won’t be disappointed.

Best Disposable for New Vapers:
Pod Salt GO 600

Pod Salt are a much-loved e-liquid manufacturer. The Pod Salt GO 600 disposable is their venture into the disposable market. The brand has won numerous awards over the years, including big wins at Vape Jam London and the World Vape Show in Dubai in 2021.

The device is pretty nice in hand. It’s made from food-grade stainless steel and has a duckbill mouthpiece that Pod Salt says is made from eco-friendly plastic. It looks excellent too, due to its dark colours and smooth contours.

The GO contains around 600 puffs. Their range of flavours is great, with a heavy emphasis on crowd-pleasing fruit + ice combos.

The Go 600 is one of the best disposable vape brands for new vapers because Pod Salt are a tried and trusted, award-winning e-liquid manufacturer.

What’s more, they’re another UK-made brand on our list. Buying British is an excellent way to support the local vape scene.

Most Popular Disposable Vape:
Elf Bar

The Elf Bar disposable vape appeared on these shores a little after the Geek Bar. They’re made by the same company (GeekVape) and have a wide range of excellent flavours.

The device is solid and has a duckbill mouthpiece. Unlike the Geek Bar, it’s circular. However, maybe it’s just me, but I feel like the draw is less good.

That said, Elf Bar stands out as one of the best disposable vape brands because of its incredible amount of flavours. It feels endless. And to be honest, I haven’t really found a flavour I didn’t like.

Elf Bar also offers the Elf Bar Mate 500 Pod Kit. This cost-effective device is rechargeable, and you use it will pre-filled pods — which are sold separately. It’s a nice alternative if you still want that excellent Elf Bar taste, but you’re looking for a way to keep costs and recycling waste down.

Anyway, Elf Bar earns its place on our best disposable vape brand list because of its popularity. The people have voted, and they love the Elf Bar.

Best Flavour:
Geek Bar

As mentioned above, GeekVape is the brand behind the Elf Bar and the Geek Bar. Thanks to their excellent flavours, they’re one of the biggest players in the disposable vape space.

Personally, I much prefer the Geek Bar device. Its smooth contours and all-in-one shape give it a futuristic look and feel. What’s more, the mouthpiece is well designed and feels great to use.

There are so many Geek Bar flavours that I’m positive there is something for anyone, regardless of how picky they are. Anyway, aside from how the device looks, it tastes great. The draw is really full and tasty.

Of course, flavour is subjective. Not everyone will agree with me that the Geek Bar is the best disposable vape out there. But it’s the one that I keep going back to — especially the Banana Ice flavour, which I can’t seem to get enough of.

If you haven’t tried out the Geek Bar yet, do it! They taste better than anything on the market, in my opinion.

Best Newcomer:
Aroma King

About 90% or more vape products are made in China. However, there are a few UK and European companies making waves. One such company is Aroma King, a disposable vape manufacturer from Poland.

They exploded onto the scene in 2019, wowing vapers with their excellent disposable vape bars. The devices are solid and well-made, and Aroma King has a commitment to high standards across every point of their process, from sourcing great ingredients to manufacturing and distribution.

The Aroma King bars pack a real punch of flavour, and they’re competitively priced. They’ve got some excellent flavour options, too, with a good mix of sweet and fruit-inspired tastes.

I really like the Cola flavour, but the Hawaiia Pog and Ice Skittles flavours are also superb. Finally, Aroma King also offers 0mg, 10mg, and 20mg strengths, which is a big plus.

Geek Bar, someone is coming for your crown!

Aspire One Up C1

Aspire is a well-established and well-known vape manufacturer. And now, the Chinese brand has entered the disposable vape market with a product they call the One Up C1 disposable vape

It’s a squat, rectangular device that doesn’t really look like much else on the market. However, the taste and range of flavours are pretty good.

What’s most remarkable about the One Up C1 is the price. At Vape Green, you can pick up one of these devices for £3.99 or 3 for £10. If you’ve bought a disposable vape in a brick-and-mortar shop, you’ll know that you wouldn’t get much change back from a £10 for one device. So, the One Up C1 is pretty remarkable value.

You might think that the lower price means way fewer puffs. However, the One Up C1 contains about 500 puffs, which is relatively standard.

Aspire earned its reputation by making cost-effective devices. The One Up C1 is an excellent option for the price-conscious vaper that still wants to use disposables. Of course, other options are available for vapers who want to save money.

Wildest Flavours:
Nasty Fix

Nasty Juice is a pretty wild Malaysian vape manufacturer. Known for their eclectic range of flavours and out-there packaging, they’ve been a big favourite on the UK vaping scene for years.

Their device is really cool, solid, and works pretty well. What makes it stand out as one of the more interesting devices on the market is the 700mAh pre-charged battery that facilitates around 675 puffs per bar.

Moreover, the Nasty Fix disposable vape has an airflow adjustment setting, which means you can tailor their disposables around your prefered style. It’s still a mouth-to-lung device, but if you want to make your draw a little bit airier, it’s possible.

Nasty Fix offers many excellent Nasty Juice flavours. I’ve been a big fan of Trap Queen for quite some time, but their other flavours are worth checking out too, like Blackcurrent Cotton Candy and the delicious ASAP Grape.

Best British Made:
Beyond Bar by IVG

It would be crazy to make a list of the best disposable vape brands in the UK without mentioning IVG. They’re UK-based but a truly global brand.

We’ve featured a few other UK brands on our list that could have taken this spot. However, they came first in the other categories, which is good for me because it would have been hard to choose one ahead of the other.

IVG offer so many different flavours. Mostly, the emphasis is on fruit flavours. However, they’re a pretty innovative brand that’s always got a few surprises up their sleeve.

Another thing worth celebrating is the new IVG disposable vape device called the Beyond Bar disposable vape. IVG’s first foray into the disposable space was a small, squat device. The updated version is a more uniform circular device with a duckbill mouthpiece.

I prefer the newer version. I feel like it has a better draw. Additionally, some users (including me) had issues with the original device, so the Beyond Bar is a welcome upgrade.

Most Stylish:

The feel and design of the Allo disposable vape is perfect. It’s light, ultra-portable, and looks gorgeous.

You may know Twelve Monkey Vapor already. The Canadian e-liquid manufacturer has had a strong reputation for excellent products since being established in 2014. They’ve taken the same care and consideration into their disposables and the result are these cool devices.

Typically, Twelve Monkeys Vapor products have a kind of funky design. However, the Allo is more stripped back, and the boxes and devices come with a cool, minimalist design. I prefer how they look, in part, because they remind me of Donnacha Costello’s “Colour Series,” an influential set of techno releases from 2004.

The devices taste good too. Yes, they’re not as long-lasting as some of their competitors, but they’re so elegantly designed that they deserve their place on the list.

Disposable vapes have really taken off once again, thanks to Nic Salts. Because the e-liquids burn at a lower heat, vapes don’t need to be huge, powerful devices anymore. The result is a golden age of small, portable, and disposable devices.

There are tonnes of great disposable vape brands out there doing excellent work. While many of them have similarities in devices and crossover in flavour, there is still a good degree of variety.

Yes, disposables aren’t the most eco-friendly vaping option out there. But the best vape brands are addressing these concerns, with a range of initiatives, like using more sustainable ingredients, packaging, and less plastic. More work needs to be done, but they’re going in the right direction.

Anyway, I’d have no issue recommending any of the disposable vape brands on the list, so try them all out.
