Design and Build

The Caliburn G5 is machined from aluminium alloy with a refined, fingerprint-resistant matte finish and weighs roughly 65g — slim enough for any pocket at 116 × 28.9 × 16.8mm. Each of the seven colourways comes with its own matching on-screen UI theme: Black Carbon, Silver Marble, Black Gold, Navy Ripples, Mystic Forest, Orange Feathers and Aurora Feathers.

Battery, Screen and Triple-Tap Control

A built-in 1600mAh battery keeps the G5 going far longer than most compact pod kits, and 2A USB-C charging tops it back up quickly (please note: a charging cable is not included). The 0.85-inch HD colour screen shows battery, power and puff information at a glance, while Uwell's new Smart Triple-Tap Control lets you triple-tap the device body to switch power modes, change the UI or adjust brightness — no fiddly buttons required. Firing is fully draw-activated: just inhale and go.

GPP Alpha Pods

The G5 introduces the GPP Alpha pod — Uwell's new long-life cartridge built on AlphaCore technology, engineered to hold its flavour for up to 17+ refills (50ml+ of e-liquid) before it needs replacing. In the box you get three 2ml top-fill mesh pods: a 0.6Ω GPP Alpha plus standard 0.6Ω and 0.9Ω GPP pods. Because the G5 is part of Uwell's G Pod Platform, it also accepts every GPP pod from 0.4Ω to 1.2Ω — including the GPP Alpha replacement pods — so existing Caliburn G3 and G4 pod stashes carry straight over.

E-Liquid Compatibility

Like the rest of the Caliburn family, the G5 performs best with 50/50 VG/PG e-liquids — 10ml nicotine salts and 50/50 freebase juices. The 0.4Ω and 0.6Ω pods suit a looser RDL style at lower strengths, while the 0.9Ω and 1.2Ω pods are perfect for tighter MTL vaping with stronger nic salts. We don't recommend thick high-VG sub-ohm liquids in GPP pods.
