The Vaporesso XROS 4 Pod Kit adds a little more control to the classic XROS shape. Alongside a 1000mAh battery and a slim aluminium shell you get a small display, three output levels and the choice of firing by button or by simply inhaling, which makes it a good step up for vapers who want to fine-tune their vape without moving to a bulky mod.

Design and Build

Like the XROS 4 Mini, the XROS 4 is formed from a one-piece aluminium alloy body, giving it a clean look and a reassuring weight of about 51.5g. It measures 120.8mm x 24mm x 14mm, so it stays slim enough for any pocket.

Pick from 8 finishes: Black, Champagne Gold, Green, Lilac Purple, Pastel Palette, Pink Mint, Silver and Sunset Neon. Pastel Palette carries a holographic, multi-coloured print.

Battery and Interface

Press the button three times to open the output setting, then press again to cycle between Strong, Stronger and Strongest. The display confirms your choice and shows remaining charge, and Pulse mode boosts the output so the last puffs before a recharge taste as good as the first.

When the 1000mAh cell runs low, 2A Type-C charging brings it back to full in roughly half an hour.

Airflow and Pods

The airflow slider sets anything from a tight MTL draw to a more open RDTL pull. The XROS 4 takes every XROS pod, from 0.4Ω to 1.2Ω, and the COREX 2.0 mesh coils inside are tuned for quick heating and a longer pod life. Pods fill from the top once the mouthpiece is removed.

E-Liquid Compatibility

Use 10ml nic salts or 50/50 freebase juices in the XROS 4. We do not recommend high-VG sub-ohm liquids, which are too thick for 2ml pods.
