How to choose the right vape kit

Think about your draw first. If you're coming off cigarettes or disposables, a mouth-to-lung (MTL) kit like the Caliburn G4 or Wenax Q will feel most familiar. If you want bigger clouds and a looser draw, look at the VPrime or Aspire Pixo. Not sure which is which? Our guide to MTL and DTL vaping breaks it down.

Battery life matters. Heavier, all-day vapers should lean towards the larger 1500–2600mAh batteries (XROS 5, VPrime). Lighter or occasional vapers can happily live with a compact 900–1100mAh pod like the Vmate Pro or Vibe.

Match your e-liquid. Every kit on this list is built for nic salts and 50/50 e-liquids rather than high-VG shortfills (the VPrime is the exception, handling both). For more on pods and coils, see our ultimate guide to pod kits and guide to vape coils.
